Ill join the party, Able Clone w/Kennedy 24. No logo clone. Fantastic mod, throw an authentic AV pin in it, and magnets to eliminate any switch wobble. Machining is flawless, only exception being that the switch housing and top cap have different threading than the authentic. Tried all the combos one night hanging out at the shop. You can however also get an authentic button to put on there. Call it the low budget version lol

The optic/k24 combo is quite likely the set up is go for as I already have a Ruby clone and really like the airflow. And let's be honest, it looks friggin awesome all in brass.
If its your first AV (clone), the Able is the most versatile with the changeable sleeve.

Out of curiosity, has anyone else done/felt the need to do the pin and magnets upgrade? I can get hold of authentic magnets here quite easily.
Its one of those things that honestly isn't very necessary, and frankly, other versions of the AV Clones may have a better switch than I did to begin with. Only reason I did it was that I had a ton of wobble in the switch, and my pin was a bit too short for my liking(I had a bit more throw in the switch than I like.) From the factory the mod was a hard hitter, amazingly assembled, and cleanly done. With the stock magnets and pin it never failed to fire, or had any issues, I just chose to do those minor upgrades for my own peace of mind, and to fit my preferences with switch throw and feel.
Great stuff. I do like to tinker with things but after looking into it, magnets were silly money.
Just need to decide whether I want a Kennedy 24, or whether I should give the goon a try as it's something different. Decisions decisions!

Check out the Torpedo atty.
Lots of top caps (Hubble, Modfather, Kaptian, tornado, etc) and a couple fancy decks available...All clones of course.
Optic and Goon, both in brass, are on their way to me.
