Yeah it's a Clone, my Clone the machining isn't off that much. I'm thinking the difference between the black and the resin is like between the Brass and Copper Broadside Clone. I got the Brass and it was very good so I got the Copper, what a PoS.

Yeah that'll be the first and the last time I deal with knucklehead vapes out of the UK I didn't really shop around I didn't realize there were only gone for $20

Yeah they are only good if you want a clone fast and you live in the U.K. If you have to wait for delivery anyway they are not worth it.

I got my clone from 3fVape.
Any hardwood would work.
Stabilized wood is better.
Look online for places that sell wood for Knife handles.
Stabilized wood is alot cheaper than modders would have you believe.
A router and a drill press would save alot of headaches.

I have a drill press and one of them small hand drill things with all the attachments starts with a D can't think of the name lol I been looking at stabilized wood 50-80$ a slab need to shop around to see if I can find cheaper

Yep, that's Clones for you 99.99% of the time need to monkey with them, clean them up, etc. I've found them to be very hit and miss, some are decent and some are complete PoS. Like that Broadside I mentioned, the Brass was decent. The Copper though machining really sucked, sucked bad. The killer with it though was the top cap would not sit flush, heck had a good 3 - 4mm gap, ended up giving it away to someone who didn't care about the huge gap.
