I have over a dozen kanger heads for a pair of Mini-PT 2 tanks. I have a spool of Kantahl A-1 30g and 32g in the vapemail. I have been rotating use of these heads with my two tanks for about a month now and am ready to start doing my first rebuilds on them.
What is the ideal resistance for these with the coil rebuild?

To put it in some context this is where i'm at in my vaping. I've ventured into Carto-tanks and have been very pleased with the performance, TH and flavor. My setup is XL Ikenvape single coil 3.0 ohm cartos with IBTanked 19mm. I tried the 2.0 ohm carto but found it to hot and harsh. I prefer the cool, and stronger flavor of the 3.0 ohm carto. Carto-tanks are my primary go-to setup. My goal is smooth flavor and TH, not huge clouds.

My mini PT 2's I now primarily use for quick juice setup and vaping sampler bottles of new juices. Most my stock PT heads are 2.2 ohm with about three 2.5 ohm heads. I wick them with sterile cotton, the original silica performed horribly. A few of the heads have deteriorated and their resistance has veered upward out of normal so they are out of use in my rotation. I've been pleased with the results of my stock heads for the most part since I've nailed down my cotton wicking technique but they will need to be rebuilt eventually.

My mods are a pair of eGo Twist 900mAh and an MVP 2

TLDR version:
Given that I prefer 3.0 ohm cartos, would that translate into 3.0 ohm coil builds for PT heads for similar vape or are these micro-coil builds a whole other ball game?
