Optional top cap for IPro suggestion/wish

Wonder if there would be enough of demand to make it worthwhile for Notcigs to make a eGo threaded top cap for the IPro?

The one thing that I'm not in love with is the current top cap design. Just looks funky with any eGo designed atty, mega carto, or clearo. One has to use either a 510 extender or eGo adapter to use any of the popular eGo specific devices leaving an unightly gap between the PV and the carto.

I think the new eVVo will come with the eGo top cap. Will definitly buy a couple of those!

I'd gladly pay twenty bucks or so for an eGo end cap.

Afraid there probably is not enough interest for there to be a eGo cap on the Infirity or Buzz. You will probably, at best, only find some type of adapter.

I used to use my eGo batteries as backups, but I stopped using any eGo atty/carto a long time ago, and just used standard 510 cartos on my eGo batteries.

Personally, while I was awaiting the arrival of my Buzz Pro, I worried how I was going to use all my eGo stuff with it. I purchased a few standard 510 cartos just in case the ego stuff did not work right. The Buzz Pro arrived and I decided to try a standard 510 boge with it and mess with the eGo stuff after. I never did get around to messing with the eGo stuff and never thought about it again. It didn't take long until I was glad that all things eGo were behind me. My eGo supplies were eventually boxed up and sent to Afghanistan and not missed. IMHO trying to use eGo supplies with a Buzz Pro or an Infinity is a step backwards to where I once was.

But we all dance to a the beat of a different drummer and my vaping likes and dislikes are not the same as others!

I wish there was an ego cap. The adapter works okay, but the space between is so much longer I have knocked stuff loose. Please consider it if you think it will generate enough sales to be cost effective.

I want a ego cap too or some kind of sleeve to cover the connection. There is a silver Buzz in the classy's with a sleeve he machined and it is awesome I want it but already have 3 Buzz's I just want the sleeve. Good deal though $75

I don't even have a IPRO lol I ca not get a 510-ego adapter to work on any of my Buzz's and I have tried like 6 or 7 different ones. I'd be happy with that. Any suggestions Bov?

I don't have any experience with ego since I never owned one. How is the adapter not working for you Kellie? Does it not give you enough height for the ego skirt to clear your BP cap? If that's the case, you'd need a 510 extender and then stack the 510 to ego on top maybe.

No it just doesn't work nothing will fire on them. I have bought like 5 diff ones from 5 diff places and none will fire. I am gonna get one more and try because it would solve alot of issues for me

Hmm, wonder if the center pin on the adapters aren't connecting on one end or the other...but all 5 of them? Odd! I wish I had some advice for you. Do they have the slotted center pin like regular adapters? You can adjust the height on them with a screw driver.

Not sure. Didn't know you could adjust adapters I threw them away. Gonna go look in the garbage though and see

Found the last one I had in the garbage and yes it is slotted. Gonna try

5C said he just uses an 808 to 510 (since his top cap is 808). Maybe try a plain old 510 to 510 and don't worry about if it calls itself a 510 to ego or 510 extender? I usually use Madvapes for my adapters.
