In the beginning of December I placed an order with Orb Vapor, I received an order confirmation soon after. 5 days later I got an email for a tracking #. I checked the tracking # with USPS after a week...pre shipment info sent. I emailed Orb Vapor to see what was the hold up. A week later I get an email...
"Thank you for your recent order with Orb Vapor. Please accept my apologies for any delays, the batch containing your order was shipped back to us due to an incorrect weight declaration. This can happen from time to time with larger batches and unfortunately we are not made aware until the individual packages are delivered to us.
Your order has been repackaged and will be shipped again tomorrow, 12/15. Tracking updates should show up then and be posted regularly until delivery.
