Orb Vapor shipping

In the beginning of December I placed an order with Orb Vapor, I received an order confirmation soon after. 5 days later I got an email for a tracking #. I checked the tracking # with USPS after a week...pre shipment info sent. I emailed Orb Vapor to see what was the hold up. A week later I get an email...

"Thank you for your recent order with Orb Vapor. Please accept my apologies for any delays, the batch containing your order was shipped back to us due to an incorrect weight declaration. This can happen from time to time with larger batches and unfortunately we are not made aware until the individual packages are delivered to us.
Your order has been repackaged and will be shipped again tomorrow, 12/15. Tracking updates should show up then and be posted regularly until delivery.

I have tried emailing Orb Vapor many times as the tracking # comes up as pre shipment info sent. And have never received a reply.

Anybody have any ideas what going on with this company?

Hey Sakurai,

Same issue. Placed an order December 3rd, received shipping email December 7th with tracking number listing pre-shipment information received.

So far I've sent two emails with NO replies or juice received.

Have you gotten your juice or an update?

Might be a good idea to get your credit card company to cancel any payment to this "so called" company immediately.

Finally received it. After 1 month of waiting! Good juice but crazy wait time.
Came in 8 x 13ml blued bottles. Ordered 4 flavors @ 30ml each.
