I haven't ordered from Orb Vapor in a while. I can tell you a few things.

1- very slow, in general it took 2 weeks to get my order
2- it is a legit company and you did not get scammed
3- The owners name is Sam, he never answers his phone for some reason. I never left him a message so I can't really tell you if he calls back or not
4- He does respond emails, but his responses have taken as long as 3 days to get back to me. However, when ever I had a question he always provided me with a very detailed response.
5- He does have in "yellow" a notice that he is behind do to high volume. When ever he had that message on my orders took 2 to 2.5 weeks to get to me

In short, I just stopped ordering from Orb Vapor. In your case I would send him an email. But more than likely you will get your order.

Kind of disheartening that the guy is running a company but can't even hire someone to answer a land line phone for him.

I've never gotten an answer on the phone from a vape company (haven't tried calling many though)

Orb does have very nice natural clean tasting flavor though

Good to know. I'll have to decide if the ridiculous shipping time and absence of customer service is worth it. I could probably order some Fresh Thai Mango from Virgin Vapor and have it arrive before my order from Orb does.

I'm in the same boat. Been waiting for 9 days and no email response. Stuck at order processing :(

Update on my Orb Vapor purchase... it arrived today, 20 days after original order. Bottles arrived with skull and bones labeling on them saying "Poison, 18+ only," which I'm sure is because of the nicotine scares, but the label is even on my bottle of 0 mg nicotine! Terrible thing to see on a bottle of something you inhale. All of the 100% liquid is very watery and see through clear. Disregarding the poison label, I apprehensively filled my protank with my orange mint, the flavor is actually strong of orange mint, fresh, and tasty, the mint is slightly overpowering, but strong flavor. Vapor production is decent.

All in all, I will never be ordering from this company again. That poison label really turned me off, aswell as the viscocity of the juice, the abhorrent shipping time, and the complete absence of customer service. Terrible company. Can't wait for my Velvet Cloud Vapor order to arrive, their quality sets standards for the e-juice industry.

All of those would be indicators that he won't be in business long. None of that indicates good customer service.

Customer service is non existent with Orb Vapor. No replies or answers to anything, zero. And their product is crap aswell. How this Sam figure could be behind on orders is beyond me, perhaps he has trouble keeping up with two orders at a time.

The skull and cross bone label is explained in the FAQ section of website. The website even says to steep your juice for best flavor as it is mixed before shipping. It's all listed on his site.....:/

True, but the juice and the experience falls short of my expectations, giving me no desire to order a bottle of thicker juice. For the same price, I can get juice from VCV, which is excellent in all aspects of the business.
