Orchid leaking issue

My wife recently bought an Orchid v2 and I coiled and wicked it for her and noticed it leak a whole lot from the air holes. My wife noticed small cracks on the frosted outer cover so we returned it to local vape shop and he replaced it with a Orchid v4. Tried coiling it and wicking it but it did the same thing. Leaked everywhere. Anybody know how to fix this issue or is it just poor engineering design on the tank?

Wicks need to cover all 4 channels but not Block flow

Also - Cracks. Make sure you are not using Tank cracking flavors in Plastic tanks
With some help from more experienced Vape buddies, I've finally figured out how to wick this sucker! A bit tricky but it now works perfectly! So happy with the vapor production and flavor I get out of it.

There is definitely a learning curve with the Orchid but once you get it down its really easy. You must get the right amount of wick in those juice channels and then the leaking won't ever be an issue. I carry mine in a pouch at work and it's up down sideways etc. and never leaks. I use rayon too which made a big difference when I was learning to wick the orchid. Rayon, to me, is much more forgiving than cotton.

Do any of you know if the replacement chimneys for the V6 will fit the V4? I hate those chimneys without the removable top...would like to be able to tuck at will like a Kayfun or Russian. Thanks.
