Orchid v4 problem

Ok, so I have had the orchid v4 for a couple weeks and loved it but now...
When I screw on the tank it stop working. The coils heat up when I screw it on with just the chimney connected but as soon as I screw on the glass and cap, it doesn't work?
any suggestions? I don't get it?!

What kind of device are you using to fire your V4? What is your build etc...

It's on a stingray, 28gauge wire wrapped 7 times. 18650 battery. It's worked like a champ til now...?

Do you have a multi meter and have you checked for shorts?
