This weekend I begin my evaluation on RBA's and/RTA's......I have MUCH to learn in this area! I also have a lot of stuff to buy! I've decided to get the RBA/RTA first...ohms checker, batteries, charging station next, and then lastly the dna 150 Box mod.

The guys at the vape shop said that they will teach me to build singles and doubles and let me come by and practice until i feel safe on my own. I figure this gives me some time to make some good purchase decisions. I'm looking at the Orchid 4 and Taifun GT......The things that are most important to me are 1). Safety & reliability 2). No leaks 3). juice capacity and ease of build....... Thoughts?

it all comes down to what you want...direct lung inhales or mouth to lung inhales. The Orchid is dual coil and a bit trickier to build than the taifun or kayfun. The Orchid has more airflow and more vapor production...flavor is good. It may not be the best to learn on though. Taifuns and kayfuns are single coil with less airflow. Both have great flavor and are easy to set up. If you want a dual coil device, instead of the Orchid, you might want to look into the Billow tank from eciggity and ehpro. It's a bit more forgiving.

Asbestos-I forgot to mention...I strongly prefer mouth to lung since that's the way i used to smoke. I'll do direct lung occasionally just to mix it up...but 90% of the time it's mouth to lung. I mentioned in another thread that i'm going to switch to zero flavor juice but if i ever do switch back to a flavor i think it will likely intensify the taste experience as well (or do think it even matters with an RTA)?
