Hmmm. I'm freshwater myself but did a charter 40 some miles off the Outer Banks where the gulf stream makes it way along the coast. Mostly Blackfin that day...which was not a very good fishing day. The Canadian wilderness is more to my taste.

Yep. Sliced thin, raw, and rolled up with some avocado, rice, and seaweed. With a dash of soy, wasabi and ginger. Mmmmmmmm....

Or even just sliced thin and raw over steamed rice by itself is fine.

I threw Oompa in there to retry it...I just don't remember what it tasted like from my sampler back in August. I have a feeling I'll love it since I'm odd that way.
