Thought I give Provape a try and ordered a simple bat for my Reo. Placed 5/12 arrived today 20 days later. Best thing about it they send it in a simple plastic bag with no protection the bat is broke and some liquid is inside the bag I suppose bat liquid.

A+ guys wonder how you send Provaris out and how long the shipping takes for that. Very upsetting...

I never got a package later then 5 days and even if it was USPS a company like Provape should spend the 20 cents for a envelope that protects the items inside of it. Yes it was just a battery but the bat is done with leaks which is also dangerous because it most likely is battery liquid.

I roughly received a good 100+ orders juice, attys, cartos, pv,s mods, etc etc EVERYTHING came in a bobble wrapped envelope except this one from provape.

Thanks for your 2 cents to this but it is for sure their fault how they pack the items and since this was my first (and last) order with them its quite sad that it takes 20 days + the item is broke. Just horrible all the way worst buying experience I ever made while vaping.

Also I am not hear to argue with any of you die hard Provape fan's I just never got a reply to my email's to them and I did not even ask for a refund nor am I planning to ask for that but I do think a reply is in everyone's best interest and I do think that things like these should not happen. The 20 days shipping is horrible but that is not even the big issue the issue is that I ordered a freaking bat and they are not able to send it to me in a protected envelope and now after 20 days I get a leaking bat that is just unacceptable to me.

If you think that's alright then we sure have a different picture of how to run a business. Just my :2c: to it.

Have you contacted them about it? From what I hear Provape has the best Customer Service out there...

From what I've read on the ECF here and experienced first-hand, when an item takes that long to arrive it is usually the shipping companies fault and not the vendor. I doubt that the vendor waited to ship your order, unless the item was not in stock at the time of your order, which I don't believe is the case here. When did you get your shipping notice? How long was it in transit? How long has it been since you first sent the email? Everyone has given positive reviews on how ProVape ships and the promptness at which their items arrive.

It is possible that the package was damaged in transit and the post office may have even repackaged it. Making these statements prior to giving the vendor the opportunity to comment IMHO is not right.

I like what ProVape has to offer to the vaping community and the customer service which they have displayed. If I didn't like it I would say so, if you believe this is me being a "die hard Provape fan" as you stated, then so be it. However, I still don't agree with some of the statements you made and how your handling this issue, as I have seen this happen to other vendor's as well, and would comment just the same.

I received a nice reply so we are good on that but again the shipping ain't the issue it's the way they packed it. Either way David was pretty nice and send me a apology email which was all I wanted doesn't bring my bat back to life but hey at least they care about their customers.

I am honestly not sure if I ever got a shipping notice but I probably did at one point. As said the 20 days shipping is not an issue since it was only a battery but it's just wrong to send something in a simple plastic bag without any sort of protection.

Great news!

I would like to add that it seems to me that no matter what it was shipped in as far as a padded envelope of whatever, outside of maybe a steel container, that the carrier would have still damaged the battery.

I still feel that this all goes back on the shipping company and I would not hesitate to order from ProVape in the future. Nor would I want my batteries shipped in anything else that would mean an additional charge for such heavy packaging as to not smash a battery.

Edit to add;

I feel 20 days to ship something is an issue. However, I mean think about it, do you honestly think that ProVape or any other vendor for that matter did something to make your package arrive 20 day after you ordered it? I don't, and I feel it that it has everything to do with the fact that it arrived damaged.
