So last night I noticed that my Provari had a slight rattle to it. Since it is only a month old I fired off an e-mail to ProVape. Being that it was about 11:30pm EST I was surprised that I received a reply back only a few moments later. After sending a few e-mails back and forth they said that the problem may be that the glue holding the board in place has come loose and the circuit board has shifted out of place. They gave me the information to send it to them and I just dropped it off at the shipping place to send it on it's way.
Customer service could not have been more friendly or helpful about the whole thing.
The problem started when I came back home and pulled out the ole mini Apollo VTube and Ego Twist that I have as spares. After only a month of using the Provari these backups just do not feel right. They are to light, the juices taste different at the same settings and they are plastic. It just feels all wrong.
I can already tell I will be checking the tracking on my Provari every 10 minutes and anxiously await the return of it.
The horror the horror
