Order Clarification

I had to order a new eGo battery on 6/20/2011, because one ordered on 6/6/2011 died. The second battery from my Absolute eGo kit died on 7/01/2011. I had to make an order anyway, so I requested a new battery on the comment section. I was sent an email this evening telling me a replacement was shipped on 6/21/2011. That was for the first battery, and I'm still waiting. I would like the second bad battery replaced with my new order. Can you please help!:(

My new order number is 41933, the original order is 39451.

Also the email seemed to imply I was pulling a fast one and trying to get an extra battery. It might be nice to ask the customer for a clarification before you assume they are being crooks. I bought two batteries in my first kit, so it would be possible for two batteries to go bad, which I am unhappy about, since both batteries quit working in less than a month.

i am very sorry that we did think that only 1 battery is dead because you did not mention that both 2 batteries were dead. we will send the other free replacement with your new order together today and send you a tracking number by email later. :)

(1 battery from each kit) 2 batteries from 2 kits were dead even before using, and it was meant for a friend as a gift, imagine my embarassment when they tell me that its defective. I didnt check before I gave it to friends, now I am not sure if its still within the period where I can get a replacement, since my friend only informed me when I asked them, imagine both our embarassments. I have since sent hc an email yesterday and have not receive a reply yet.

Looks like checks are not made on stocks before they are shipped out, this make really bad business sense, to have customers waste money and time to send back the batteries before getting a replacement.

Just a shot in the dark here, but are they eGo-T batteries? Those have 5 click protection, so in order to turn it on if you received it in the "off" state you would have to push the button 5 times in quick suggestion to turn it back on. Probably not what your problem is, and I don't mean to imply that you don't know, but just in case you don't I thought I'd chime in. Best of luck, you will get a response and your problem will be taken care of. The customer service is good here.

I have many batteries and I have not had a single Joye battery go bad on me until hundreds of charges.

My batteries were from the Absolute eGo kit. I did try the 5 clicks, since they are 1000mAh batteries, but no luck. They did nothing on the charger either. No blinking lights. I did get my replacement for battery #1 today.

Good suggestion though. :)

Humblest apologies to the healthcabin staffs. After attempting to charge it, I realized that its just flat out of power, as previous orders came with charged batteries, I failed to realise that could be a possibility. However, I would like to commend Healthcabin for offering to send me the replacement batteries. Once again, Healthcabin proves to be a worthy retailer :)

Thank Freyakat for mentioning to charge it, if not I would have stupidly send back a flat battery for replacement.

Yes I did get your emails today. Bad news, one of the batteries are still not working, when i plugged them into the charger the LED blinked which i assumed that its working and charging, however after the full charge (green light on charger), its not working when i fix it into a atomizer, no light coming from the LED no matter how many times i click it. Led light comes on only when I plug it into a charger. Weird, I guess you could change the replacement to 1 battery then.

no problem. could you check other products and see whether there are any other dead ones you have not found so far, so we can send new free replacements together? :)

Ok. no problem. we will send you a free battery replacement tomorrow via china airmail. when it is sent, we will send you a tracking number. :)

Amy, I have made another sizable order, and hope hc will test the stuffs before sending them out, would you be a dear and put the replacement battery inside that order #42446 for me please :)
