I had to order a new eGo battery on 6/20/2011, because one ordered on 6/6/2011 died. The second battery from my Absolute eGo kit died on 7/01/2011. I had to make an order anyway, so I requested a new battery on the comment section. I was sent an email this evening telling me a replacement was shipped on 6/21/2011. That was for the first battery, and I'm still waiting. I would like the second bad battery replaced with my new order. Can you please help!
