Hey guys i will be ordering to malaysia to my friends house from healthcabin. Ordering e liquid and some carto's. i just wanted to know if i ordered through china air mail will my package still arrive? i don mind the wait for it but i do not know if its safe. or should i just order with EMS which is faster but will it be safer? Cause i have heard sometimes the customs takes the package would love some advise thank-you!

I've ordered some from HC a week back using EMS, the package arrived safely to my doorstep in 5 days. I am not too sure bout the china airmail. Customs are very random in Malaysia, but from many feed backs order below 100usd shud go thru easily.

if U only a few items and the weight is say less than 300gm..advisable to use china registered airmail..yr package has to be signed-for(so dont worry,U or yr friend will get to receive the package)..there is a saving on postage,if yr order is around 1/2kg(500gm)..the postage almost the same China registered airmail & EMS after the 1st 1/2 kg..each 1/2kg is $4 addition thereafter..so shopped until U reached yr paid postage cost(spend spend spend..I always do that..shop till i get to the weight i paid.. hahah) ..EMS is the fastest way to U..but healthcabin is exceptional..i got my parcel delivered within 1 week from the day i ordered..others i ordered from took 10 days to almost 3 weeks(if over holiday period).
last Saturday i bought 2 sets of VV eGo 650 mAh(promotion-Xmas sale Healthcabin under $38 per kit) + DCC etc etc + postage of $19 around $114 i spent..i do not expect this delivery to get to me in 1 week..as it is Xmas(public holiday)..maybe a few days later..hopefully in 10 days..good luck..hope yr parcel/package sail through custom..i had no problem with all my packages safely arrived to me ..hope my next parcel also sail through custom..regards mafig ps U be given a tracking no for yr parcel,so do track as yr package leave and arrive until released from custom,then U sure to get yr parcel,than I stalk my mailman..wakaka

hi lahlah & welcome to ECF..yes i have ordered and recd numerous parcels from different China suppliers without any problem with custom..as i am from Penang took a little longer if U R in KL..as all the postal clearance in KL..the quickest i got is from Healthcabin took 1 week from the time i placed my order to receiving my package..the others from 10 days to almost 3 weeks(the longest period due to public holiday,package held up in KL by custom)..a little advise should U purchase keep yr order around $100=RM300 when buying online..only 1 of my parcel was examined by custom when i ordered over $200+=RM600 worth of goods,multiple sets of starter kits and 2x 250 ml of e-liquids with nicotine..good luck hope whatever U order sails through and arrive safely to U..regards mafig ps i got another order coming to me from Healthcabin(china),ordered on Sat 17th..got my tracking no on Monday..should arrive to me after Xmas..i hope p/p/s my big parcel that was examined by custom,still no tax imposed and all the items i ordered,accounted

hey guys i need a help urgently! i ordered some stuff from Healthcabin through ems. the tracking id is EE564258388CN. now when i track it, it says its at MALAYSIA KUALA LUMPUR , Handed over to Customs . does this mean my stuff have been confisticated? am so tensed now! help anyone?!
all my stuff went though customs and the tracking said it was there until the day it showed up on my doorstep lol

yrs arrived but no one at home to sign for the goods?..i tracked yr no and its released from custom..regards mafig ps call the ems(poslaju and ask them to try and deliver to U again) and U make sure U R there to sign for it p/p/s i will stalk my mailman tomorrow as my parcel also released by custom today(usually my delivery be4 3 pm)

ok now i am confused it says they tried to deliver to my address and could not but my friend was at home all they way. i doubled checked the shipping address and its the correct address. does this means the delivery service got my address wrong? what am i to do?
I just ordered from health cabin on chrismas, just 2 days already on its way to Malaysia. Very fast service, hope will arrived in Malaysia tomorrow.

hi yusriz..i placed my order on Xmas eve & yes the parcel on the way to Malaysia,Healthcabin is great for the fastest delivery from China..will be looking at their 2012 sale whenever there is one..i love a good bargain..buy buy buy during sale..hope every1 got what they wanted for Xmas..regards mafig ps Bintulu like Penang will take an extra day after clearing custom in KL to arrive p/p/s dsra i know U very anxious to get yr 1st package from China..dont panic..yr package will get to U it is probably in the post office waiting for U to collect since they came to deliver and no 1 was home that time or like me i would asked them to deliver again Ok?

yesterday i had to get to the post office in Butterworth to retrived my parcel as my final parcel from healthcabin was stopped by custom..arrived as early as i could after the lengthy break over the New year..i was asked to open my parcel infront of the custom officer and he examined the contents and asked what the items were..i explained the e-cig to him and being a smoker be4 understood the value of this device as i explained..generally he was amazed knowing this e-cig can weaned smoker into a vaper as he gave up his smoking habit the hard way(cold turkey) & strong willed..whilst waiting for the 2nd officer to arrived to determined if there is duty on the goods i bought from China..after a brief conversation i was allowed my parcel without been taxed and was told if the goods were less than 500RM it is tax exempted..all well that ends well..a bit apprehensive when i had to go pick up my goods at custom but after the visit i felt relieved but no longer in the dark regarding what i can buy and what value my goods i can purchased be4 tax imposed..regards mafig ps i bought so many mainly for friends and intro new smokers to take up vapping..Malaysia Bolehhhhhhh!
