I was wondering if i could maybe have some opinions on sweetening juice from some of you guys that order lots :) before Geoff put the sweetening option on each flavor page, i never got any of my flavors sweetened (peach melba, ddl, BF, BBCC, butter rum.... etc) then Geoff added the sweeten option... which i avoided for flavor bases that i had already tried, but added it to a few. but then, i ordered pralines sweet. and its REALLY sweet for me. would have been much better (for me) unsweetened; even though it said recommended. So now i'm wary of getting them sweetened, but always seem to muck up sweetening them myself (and yes, i use a 6ml bottle and 1 drop at a time) I'm wanting to get POB, key lime pie and probably almond horn.... any opinions on these and other flavors would be appreciated, as i'm working my way through all the flavors on the site as i get low on juice

I tend to like my vapes pretty sweet, but it's definitely an individual preference thing.

With the sweeten/don't sweeten option, I go with TV's recommendation. I sometimes end up sweetening certain juices even more with TV's sucralose.

POB is my favorite (which I get sweetened), and would think it would be kinda "dry" without the sweetener, but again that's subjective. Almond Horn I get according to the recommendation (can't remember now, but I think it's with added sweetener), and I have some Key Lime Pie steeping so I can't comment yet on that.

So, in summary, I'm not really sure what advice to give you except sweetening to taste yourself but you said that's not working either...how long do you give your 6 ml bottles sweetened by the drop before you add more? Maybe riding it out a little longer before adding more might be something to try?

Hope you are able to figure out what works. :)

For a time, we were adding sweetener by default, to flavors we KNEW would need that sweetener to taste like their intended flavor. But then we were getting complaints from people who either didn't want their liquids sweetened, or simply had an aversion to sucralose in general. So, it was put to a vote whether we should have "Sweeten" as an option so that people who didn't care that it was sucralose, could just choose the option to sweeten, and those who had their OWN brand of sweetener, or just didn't care for a sweet candy flavor could leave it unsweetened.

This DID create a lot of confusion in the beginning, but I think people for the most part have it figured out now after we've spelled it out so many times, if the flavor you are ordering is one that you expect to be sweet, and there is a sweeten option available, CHOOSE IT.

We kind of float differently around here as this is such a new industry and we're trying to set ourselves apart in so many ways...

We're our own company, we have a different format, it never hurts to ask questions, and we should equally never tire of answering them.

We've grown into one of the best damned liquid outfits on the planet and we do so many things around here that try to fine-tune our liquids to YOUR liking as we can without creating a fiasco for ourselves.

Just so many things that will be written, re-written and things to learn.

Keep asking the questions.

Sweetener...If you expect your liquid sweet, ask us to sweeten it.
