Jerry - I haven't received my order of WTA........I've sent 2 emails ...the post office lost my package? :cry:

I'm sorry folks....I totally crashed hard for the 10 PM sale.

I have been burning the candles at booth ends.

I will accept any orders that you would like to make for the 10 PM sale.

In fact I will put a few up right now as well.

Once again I'm a little under the weather and just woke up from some much needed sleep.

Anyone that wants to place a order who has posted in this thread just let me know via PM.

a couple of bottle are in inventory. I wish I could automate the website for this and feel bad if for this.

I'm in the same boat. Chris sent me a tracking number (yeah, I know it's not "tracking", rather delivery confirmation) on Friday, but all it's showing since then is that "electronic shipping info received".
I have emailed aroma 3 times and I'm waiting to hear back.
It appears that my package never made it to the PO, from what I can determine.

I received my shipping notice on Monday, 10/1. The PO tracking says that shipping info was received on Wednesday, 10/3.

It doesn't help to know I'm not the only one waiting, but at least I'm not alone.

So that's 3, by my count, doing the waiting game.

Obviously, something has gone wrong.

Now, if someone can just tell us what's what.

I'm starting to wish that 12/21/12 will be the end of this world. The next one can't possibly be as fubar as this one.

Ok, I have by the count of it 4 members with missing orders.

Rest assured...if needed I will send duplicate orders out tomorrow, including something to make up for the inconvenience.

Give me a few to get in touch with USPS.

These last few days I have been bogged down with some "hassles" but I assure you, several steps are being taken to give me more time for you or anyone else.

I will personally address this issue and greatly apologize for your inconvenience.

Also Chris who is my right hand gal is on it as well. You can reach chris via email by using her name followed by @ and our domain name.

Well Jerry, here it is the 16th and not only have I not received the replacement order, I haven't received a shipping confirmation either. I emailed Chris yesterday - and I haven't heard back.

I am presuming that replacement orders were sent to all 4 of us as I never heard that tracking the original orders produced any results either.

I am not a happy camper :closedeyes:

Has anyone from the original missing orders received their packages?

My original tracking number from 10-3 actually started producing results this morning.

"accepted at ..." and "departed ..." Phoenix, Arizona.

So, I am cautiously optimistic, lol.

There were 4 packages missing I contacted the postmaster. If you dont' have anything within a few days I will refund your money.

I thought you were sending replacement orders for those that were MIA? No?
I never received tracking information with my original order - only an email that it shipped.

Jerry, I enjoyed our conversation as well. Thanks again for the explanation.

For the benefit of others still waiting, I'd like to say that USPS has their way of going about these things, and this is apparently the cause of the delay. The PO likes to believe they never lose packages, so they ask senders to wait until they can sort things before sending replacements. This causes further delay, since the sender is hoping the packages are recovered, and he can avoid a loss.
I'm confident that Jerry and Chris and everyone at Aroma are doing what they can in this situation.
