Sorry about that. I've been a member of ECF for over a year but every time I've tried to post a reply in the past I received a notice that I'm not logged in and I'd lose my replies. Still, I wrote a lengthy post to all of you and the same thing happened. I just about gave up on ever being able to post in ECF.
I wanted to say, I am so impressed by Aroma, Jerry, and the people in this forum that I finally ordered my first VG DIY WTA. Yay! I can hardly wait to receive it.
Like many of you I felt like something was missing ever since I started vaping some 11 months ago. I started searching for an answer. WTAs seemed like it might be it. But, I didn't know where to buy it from. Time is at a premium so I kept putting the problem off until I was so worried I was going to go back to smoking if something didn't give.
Somehow I stumbled upon and spent a couple hours reading the Aroma forums. When I was finished I felt more than comfortable in placing my first order with Aroma. And I don't have any of the usual concerns about whether I'd have to wait a long time to receive my order, or if it would be worth the money.
But what really impressed me is the interaction between you, Jerry and your customers. I have yet to see a vendor who cares as much about their customers as you do. (sorry if I offend other vendors) While reading the threads you kept saying you wanted to hear from your customers. At first I thought, "He couldn't possibly want to really hear from us."
Yes, I'm jaded.
I've been in customer service long enough to know how so many companies don't care about their customers. Think of, "Comcast" for an extreme example of a corrupt business model. But after reading so many posts it finally dawned on me; Jerry sincerely does want to hear from us. This was such a lovely realization. By then it was late at night and I went to sleep feeling optimistic and good about people.
I smoked for over 35 years and wanted to quit badly for so long. I even quit once for 10 years but when the #&@! hit the fan I was back to smoking over a pack a day within a week. So for people like myself, vaping is a passion. I want everyone who smokes to know about this miracle device.
I'll get off my high horse now and just say, thank you ECF members and Jerry, and Dvap for caring about smokers, and vapers and for wanting to make an excellent product that helps them stay the course. And for putting the almightily dollar second to their customers. Not that businesses shouldn't be lucrative and fairly compensated!

Heck of a time to be flat broke. I keep looking. And then look at funds. Bummer. ER bill came in and now get to take a loan out on my paid for house.

Ms. Chris, you say? I'm not familiar with her name. Where is she hiding and how did she sneak past me while I was lurking in the Aroma threads? Is she Jerry's partner in crime?
Anyway, I'll be sure to post in the appropriate thread about my experience with the famous WTAs as soon as it arrives.

Ms. Chris is the angel at Aroma. Among other things, she gets your order to you in lightning speed. Sometimes, she has a couple "spare" moments and she pops in on the forum.
