hi,

this is regarding order #15431. Due to a bit of a chaotic situation with the recipient in the US (not me) he never received the package. USPS does not show returned to sender. He will try to pick it up this week, but I wanted to check with you if you had gotten the package returned to you...

thanks

edit: I submitted an enquiery regarding this on the website last Thursday, at least I thought I did, I have no way of verifying this since there is no auto-email upon submission. I don't mean to troll, and the screw up was on part of the person who was supposed to bring the juice over from the US for me not Ms T's. I just want my Snickerdoodle in time for Christmas ;)

Gee ... I'm in Australia and even I know they've recently been celebrating Thanks Giving in the States .... ahhhh that would be a MAJOR public holiday in the US ... ever heard of it??

Not sure why you would take to a public forum with a problem that could be solved via private email with an issue that is not even your own, for a recipient in the States when you are in Budapest ... This smacks of trolling to me ...

Simply fail to understand why people have to stick their noses into to other peoples business ... oooppppsss ... wait ... that's what I'm doing ... but hang on ... this was posted in a public forum after someone else stuck their nose into another persons business first and then publicly posted it ... ohhh yeah ... I did mention trolling didn't I ...

Customer service is something that is NEVER in short supply with Ms T's .. sort it out privately ... ummm nope, wait ... let the person with the issue sort it out privately... and as for order number #15431 ... that was like months ago, why bring it up publicly now... honestly!

A Cranky Faerie!

Regarding sticking your nose into other people's business, that post was not exactly addressed to you ;)

But, I shall elaborate. This is MY juice. paid for by ME (I am a return customer to ms T's). To be brought over from the US by a friend and delivered to ME (me being a return customer, who has had multiple orders filled by ms ts without problems).

Frankly, the reason why I resorted to posting in this forum is that this matter is urgent (parcels tend to get delayed weeks, during the christmas season).

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Hungary, I fail to see, how as a customer, this is such a terrible omission by me (especially since my message should have reached them relatively early during their working day on thursday.

Hope this explains the situation and calms your nerves a bit, sheesh, I love me some Snickerdoodle, but I don't go around flaming people if they have issues with their deliveries..

edit: ok, i got so worked up about your post that I missed the fact that somewhere during your rant you realized that you were sticking your nose where it didn't belong too :D mea maxima culpa

Oh and sorry that I didn't elaborate on the who why and how of the package, but as said, post was not addressed to others on the forum, but MsTs staff... (sigh)

Actually, I promptly emailed you back on Nov 24 after researching your issue, and even answered your email that followed about the Strawberry Lemonade. You may want to check all the folders in your email where they may have landed. Following was the text from my Nov 24 email regarding your order:

That item has already been delivered. As per your request, we made sure to get it to the location you specified before Oct 25, and Ms T even paid the extra $13 herself to overnight it. The tracking number was EO 901 491 416 US. According to the US Postal Service, this is the detail of the delivery:

Notice Left (Receptacle Full/Item Oversized)
October 22, 2011, 11:18 am
PHILADELPHIA, PA 19107

Apparently either the mailbox was full or the package would not fit. It looks as though they left Ricardo a notice that they had the package waiting for him. My suggestion is that you have him go to the post office and ask for it. He can then ship it to you.

There really is nothing further we can do for you here since the package was delivered and it was on time as requested. I hope it turns up!

Yup, thanks for the quick delivery, as said, the issue was with Ricardo since he had to change his schedule and travel to Africa for 4 weeks on business before coming to budapest and by the time he got back he was told that the package had been returned to you (I think by the mail man), hence the mixup. I will contact USPS and ask them to hold the package until he gets back to the US and everything should be finally sorted...

I never got that message regarding the strawberry lemonade and the reply either, I have done a search of my gmail account and my spam folder...nothing...I will pm you my email address, I know you are busy with jury duty coming up for you tomorrow but I would really appreciate it if you could resend the message to that address...

Thanks brandon...I apologize, this is clearly not your fault, but it seems as if everything is conspiring against me getting my snickerfix...

Pega, I see now why you didn't receive my emails. It seems that in all the emails you sent me from our site (from Nov 24th AND today), you specified your email as being from gmai.com instead of gmail.com. The address within your account is correct. I suspect this is an issue with the autoinsert in your browser. You may want to correct that in case you need to send emails through our customer contact link, or to anyone else this may affect in the future.

This brings up a good point for everyone. Whether you are using autoinsert or not, PLEASE make sure to check your email address before you submit your contact requests. Otherwise, you may not receive a reply from us, and from this thread I imagine that everyone can see what the repercussions of that can be. Furthermore, when entering any info into the website, again, PLEASE make sure that it is correct before you submit!!! I can't tell you how many problems have been caused by this autoinsert thing (we are working with our website company to see if they can disable it). Even for those that aren't using it, sometimes people can mis-key their address, phone number, email, etc. We won't contact you in any way (and we don't release your info to anyone) about anything other than your order, unless you specifically sign up for the newsletter. Even if you opt in to the newsletter, that is all you will receive from that opt in. So please, make sure your info is right so we can contact you in the event that we NEED to. It is discouraging to us when people create angry posts or emails when the problem originated with someone not paying attention to the crucial information they were entering into the site.

Thanks for clearing this up Brandon, stuff like this happens, I've just had a big bout of bad luck with getting my ejuice, didn't mean to take it out on you guys :), I hope there are no hard feelings.

Please accept my apology, I was really trying to be as nice as possible, and have seen the error of my ways.

P.S.: I changed the title of my first post to reflect the situation :D

Feeling a little protective of Brandon and Ms T after some suspect trolling recently and after they have been so amazing so far as I have been concerned, I was NOT happy to see a public airing of an issue that could have been resolved privately.

There IS a lesson in all of this for everyone ... CHECK YOUR DETAILS and then RECHECK AGAIN right before you click that little button that means more juice is acoming! Furthermore, if you post in a public forum, it's public and NOT addressed directly to staff, we can ALL see it.

Unlike many who will read such a post and shake their head or question the AWESOMENESS of Ms T's ... I'll voice my opinion and call it as I see it. You didn't like what I had to say any more than I liked what you had to say ... imagine how Brandon and Ms T felt....

With all resolved, the issue is moot. Hope you have a great Xmas and enjoy your Snickerdoodle when it arrives ... haven't tried me any of that yet but with all the reviews I'm thinking it will be on the order list when I reorder for Espresso and Strawberry Lemonade :)

Happy Vaping Peeps :D :vapor:
