Order Problem?

Hey shawn, i placed a order with you and on my debit card it shows it was taking out of my account. I sent you a message on the website too about this but i have a debit gift card visa i used on the site and when it came to the end of the transaction it was declined but when i checked my card it shows the money was taken out and sent to you? Could you check out this problem for me. Thanks

this is a "pre-auth".. It was declined due to an address verification mismatch (probably because it was a gift card?!) The money usually takes about 1-2 business days to show back up on the card
