Order problem.

I went through the paypal payment and got an error when sending payment saying payment wasn't completed. Paypal does reflect payment went through, but the eastmall site is stuck on "Order Status: Preparing [PayPal Selected]"

Hi Al,

sometimes this happens,
paypal doesn't always automate the whole payment process,
and sometimes it takes a human to check that your payment has in fact been received.

Now it is about 1am in China, 2.30am in Australia, and we would have to wake someone up to check that your payment has been received, and mark your order accordingly.

The good news is our resident night owl is on the ball, and has already taken care of the problem with your order.

Sounds great, that was my only concern. I received email of paypal payment being confirmed on your end.

I think the error occurred after payment being sent when paypal went to redirect to your site with the completion.

Anyway, thank you for the fast reply. Looking forward to the juice!
