the holidays started on 26th jan, and ended on 12th February.......
but that was the weekend, so really only just now, Monday they have started work again, ----

so as you can see they are only just back right now, and only just starting to catch up
so - no - give them till next week, it should all be caught up by then ------

My order made on the 2/13/11 according to Selina was shipped on the 17th, it didn't show up in EMS tracking for a few days, but seems very slow, here's the latest--

As you can see this is taking an age, I have had stuff delivered before with EMS in 5 days, I prefer DHL as that seems a better service and goes right through--EMS seems to go to every customs post between China and Australia in comparison

17th to the 22nd is 5 days,

normal shipping is 10 working days,

sometimes, it goes quickly ans smoothly,
other times it can take some time,
we ask you to allow 10 to 15 business days for this reason.

we do the best we can,
we have no control over the customs depots and their methods, or time lagging.

we have had some deliveries in the customers hands in 4 days,
others have taken more than 13 weeks !!!!! very very rare occurrence,
but it did happen one time, ------

so as you can see,
we have no control over it once it gets into the shippers and the customs hands, ------
