Order Processing Since Dec 20th and no Response to Contact Attempts

I never received an email. Keep in mind, we have a phone too, unless you live deep in the woods and have no landline or cell service you should be able to call us :)
any of a number of reasons why folks would not get juice asap. Not paying for international shipping costs is one :)

As bad as I hate to ask for another sticky, it might be an idea to place one listing all possible contact information, hours of operations, etc., and perhaps use it as a Thread for this sort of post.

There are a number of Sticky's that don't seem to be used and maybe could be removed.

As much as I sympathize with the OP's situation, I just kind of hate to see these somewhat flaming Headlines in the normal Threads.

Just my two cents.

next time just call me. posting through ecf to contact us is not necessary we are available most of the time, and even if I don't answer the phone due to dealing with another phone call or something leave a message, I have never failed to return a message.

ok, I just realized the spam folder on my Yahoo mail was instantly deleting messages so that may be where the responses to my inquiries ended up.

Mike, that couldn't have been too easy for you to come back to the Forum and state that the problem might have been on your end and not FSUSA. Not many people would have done that. I admire your honest and integrity.
