I never received an email. Keep in mind, we have a phone too, unless you live deep in the woods and have no landline or cell service you should be able to call us
any of a number of reasons why folks would not get juice asap. Not paying for international shipping costs is one

As bad as I hate to ask for another sticky, it might be an idea to place one listing all possible contact information, hours of operations, etc., and perhaps use it as a Thread for this sort of post.

There are a number of Sticky's that don't seem to be used and maybe could be removed.

As much as I sympathize with the OP's situation, I just kind of hate to see these somewhat flaming Headlines in the normal Threads.

Just my two cents.
