order question for customer service

I know e-mail cs, I already did 3 times it has been almost a week since I received my package. I am missing my watermelon 0mg cartos. I am not trying to be pissy that is not the point of this post. I would call cs tomorrow but I have no voice right now and I will be really busy tomorrow so don't know if I will have time to email again or not. I also have an RY4 question all 5 of my cartos have rust or dried juice on the battery ends and taste rotton I do like RY4 flavor so it is not that just these taste really funky. So are they supposed to be sour and bitter and smell like a kitchen garbage can? If so I will not be ordering that flavor again the taste is not for me. I just really would love to receive my watermelon it is really tasty. Again this is not a bash on cs or Bloog which I love just can't get in touch with anyone and don't even expect an answer today cause it's the weekend.
