Order question

Does COV send out order comfirmation emails and tracking numbers once they fill and ship your orders? I made a order and have had the funds withdrawn from my bank account, but I haven't heard a thing from COV. I sent them a email this morning and have not recieved a response to it either.

I usually get a response notification from COV and then a second from Bruce with shipping and tracking. He's been very responsive to me and others, so give him a little more time. He seems to work until late at night, too.

Bruce will get with you ksmith. He is usally online about 6pm and later. Shoot bigbuyer a PM and ask. Have your order number available and put it in the PM also.

I don't have the order number to send them. How would I get it without them emailing me?

You could log on to his site and go to Order Review. I wouldn't panic. He can find you by name, too, I imagine.

All is well.................my wife brought in the mail and there was my map tank Guess I jumped the gun a bit, but communication could be better.

I sent you a response. I think the email address you used is not working or went into your spam.

All order get a confirmation after you purchase with a full receipt.
You get an email with the tracking number after I ship to you.
And you get a packing slip in your package.

If this does not happen, contact me right away to update your info or to see if the order processed.
