order question!

Sorry if this is terribly sloppy or in a wrong category. But T.W. won't send me my email verification to post on their forum so I can't ask this question. I emailed them last night and so far have no reply and they aren't picking up the phone. It's fine, I understand they are very busy and they have always been excellent in their customer service to me.

I placed an order last night but old habbits got the best of me when I put jacksonville, Florida instead of my new "city" Atlantic Beach, Florida. I only live 15 minutes out of Jacksonville and I still put the correct home address and zip code to my new residence. Just not my freakin' city! Will it still ship right? Is there a way I can change it on the website?

Have you tried goung online to view/change order? You might have to cancel order and reorder. You will be out the money for b

Try going into your acct and editing your address on their site. Maybe if the mailing address doesnt match up to the acct addy then they will correct it or call you to correct it. I would just keep hitting redial until they pick up.

Sorry...phone messed up...if you cancel order, it usually takes a few days to credit back to your accou.r, but it beats paying for something you will never receive.
