Order Tracking Help for a Newbie?

So I can't ask my question in the GH1 forum because I'm too new (I think)

I ordered on 6 Sept and got a shipping confirmation email but still haven't been able to track it two weeks later. I'm in Canada. Anyone know if this is normal?

I don't really know but a friend of mine ordered a starter kit from V2 and it took him almost three weeks to get it. He just about had a fit over that. I live in Kentucky so I don't know a thing about Canada but here it can take up to two and a half weeks to get a package in the mail. . .btw he had his sent USPS. I think UPS would be faster

well your shipment might take a while, as gh1 is located in China. so its shipping quite a ways, also it will have to be cleared by customs which is gonna be a problem for any juice that has nicotine in it. As Canada has a ban on the importation, distribution, and advertising on nicotine for e-cigarettes. If so either you will receive a partial shipment with no juice, cartridges, or they may even seize your entire order as contraband. Sometimes people get lucky and the entire shipment makes it past customs.

best thing you can do when ordering is know your countries laws on what you are ordering. and try and find a vendor with in your country/area who sells what you are looking for. it may cost a little more but you get it faster and with piece of mind that it will all be intact.
