Order signed for.. ..in China?!

Hello,

I placed an order through the Health Cabin site on December 18th. I received an email to confirm the order with the following as part of the message:

Comments:

We have already shipped out your order today. The tracking number is
EExxxxxxxxxCN.
normally tracking numbers for EMS can be trackable online in 3-5 business
days and tracking numbers for airmail can be trackable in 3-7 business days.

Note: I didn't display the actual order number but I can provide it in a private message.

I've made many orders from Health Cabin in the past and realize that orders can sometimes take longer due to busy holidays so I wasn't alarmed when this particular order didn't come right away. However, on January 4, 2011 I decided to check the status through the EMS website and saw the following tracking information:

Note: Again, I changed the tracking number.

According to EMS, the package was delivered to JCZP in Shenzen, China. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I would like to receive the products I paid for. Please let me know how this can be resolved.

thank you for your asking here.

your order was returned to us because our customs found ejuice or batteries inside your order. we have just resent it with a new tracking number smoothly. we will send you a new tracking number by email soon.

please do not worry about it. it happens sometimes, because liquid or batteries are banned at airport. normally we will resend the returned orders by our customs with new tracking numbers in a few days with no problem. :)
