Order to canada and no tracking updates

Hi there i was wondering if i should be worried my tracking status has been stuck on CNCAND,ChinaInternational item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada for many days? is it common to not get any moretracking updates for this long? This order is over 350 dollars of nic and hardware​

I have ordered things from China (not ecig related) that were stuck in the status of leaving China for like a week or week and a half. How many is "many" days?
