Just under 4 weeks stuck in customs :( It's just flavouring and a Plume Veil. No juice or nic at all. They have to send it to me eventually? Right? flavouring and a RDA isn't illegal?

Both products are legal. They should have no grounds to not send the package on it's way. They may want to test the flavourings to verify a zero nic content but I can't see it not coming through. That must suck because plume veils aren't cheap.

I had one stuck in customs for a month. There was nicotine juice and equipment in it. But I ended up getting it with a sticker on it saying it met all requirements for importation and wasn't prohibited. So they eventually have to give it to you. I really don't know what their ....ing problem is though. It makes me want to never order from the states. Which is a shame because I'm browsing around on Vista Vapors and they're pretty much giving .... away for free their prices are so low. $11 for 52ml bottles? Sign me up! But even with the statement that came with my last order, I'm still not sure that they won't just pinch it and I'll never see it.

I have an IPV2s that has been in the mail almost a month now.

Hopefully the CBSA have it, my tracking number has never worked since Eciggiy mailed it on December 30th and I have absolutely no idea where the package is in the system. Inquires with Eciggity have been somewhat helpful but they have stated that it is the responsibility of the USPS or Canada Post to find my package.

So now I guess I just wait for the IPV2s (with no batteries) and two chunks of Kanthal...

Are you sure they aren't taking you for a ride, if the tracking nr doesn't work then most likely they didn't send it. also if they actually sent it but something went wrong, they have to deal with usps as the contractual obligation is between them and usps.

I have contacted them and they say it was shipped, the tracking shows that the product was mailed out but it stays in PreShipment mode...

I have contacted the credit card company about filing a dispute and if it comes down to it I'll follow that route. Eciggity seems to have a great reputation so I hope they are not taking me for a ride as you say.

I had a similar situation on Ebay, were the seller said it had shipped and the tracking # showed no movement. I contacted Paypal and was issued a refund :)

That don't look good on them:( 2 other situations were the mail was the issue for me. Shapeways and Mount Baker Vapour Both resent my orders at there cost
Are you listening Eciggity??

Thanks Steamer861.

I posted this as a new post in the General forum, I am no sure if Eciggity reads here or not but I will probably have to issue a dispute with the CC company.

In the thread I started someone mentioned their package was 43 Days to BC from Eciggity...

The tracking info I posted in the other thread shows it Departed the post office at 4:39 on Dec 30th then at 8:40 that same day a shipping label was created which leaves it at Pre-Shipment....

Here is the info from USPS Tracking:
USPS Product & Tracking Information
Postal Product: First-Class Package International Service
Features: Delivery Confirmation International

December 30, 2014 , 8:40 pm Shipping Label Created
HONOLULU, HI 96814

December 30, 2014 , 4:39 pm Departed Post Office
HONOLULU, HI 96826

December 30, 2014 , 1:32 pm Acceptance
HONOLULU, HI 96826

So I really don't know how to interpret that info.

Thanks caramel!

The shipping label was created after it departed the post office which is probably why the tracking was botched.

I received a package from FatDaddy Vapes in Hawaii the other day and it was only in transit a week. He did mention on his FB page a while back that one of his shipments was stolen from the sorting depot there which had 30 some odd US and half a dozen international shipments. He resent all the shipments out at his cost to the customers when that happened, there are some really great online sellers out there.
