How long must I wait before you will consider re sending/re funding my HC account? Iv'e had an order from you since then ordered by DLH no problems and really fast

Expect it to take a few months. I had a shipment that was "stuck at the airport" for two weeks then returned to them because of export problems they are having. They claimed resending it would be ok then it did the same think but took even longer. Unfortunately, China Mail is completely hosed and they the bottom of the barrel rate so their stuff goes last, which means most likely after new years. They will refund you if it's returned, only when it's returned. I started to look for other vendors as they have not been reliable for me for a while now.

Have you found other vendors yet that are comparable to HC
could you list them it would be really helpful .... as I would like to know as well

as the post seems so hit and miss with dhl and ems at the moment
never knowing if you are going to get the order or not
makes any vaper freak out ... lol

Heaven-gifts.com is also from China but more reliable but they don't carry a very wide line like Health Cabin. Mostly genuine EGO products, Dekang and their private label e-juice.
