Ordered 4 days ago, hasn't shipped.

I ordered some stuff from vapesourcing.com on 8/11/2017 and have not received any notice about my order being shipped. Checked the website under My Orders and it only says payment recieved. Why hasn't my order shipped yet? I payed for 4-7 day shipping, I don't see how it will be here by that time if it hasn't shipped yet.
