You guys sent me the bottom BB-PT tubing (useless without the switch housing and wires)...instead of the BB I ordered. I opened a ticket, but there hasn't been a response. Pretty disappointed here.
I am sure it was just human error and I have no doubt they will make sure you are taken care of. I know what its like to be waiting for something only to not get it but give them some time to fix it.
I feel for ya, I'd be disappointed too. But yeah, mistakes happen.
The good news is AltSmoke has great customer service and they'll take care of the problem. Once they get you straightened out, I can promise you'll be very happy with your BB!
I was so impatient and being a PITA before I got my BB,I would have passed out on the floor if that happened to me.Rob is a sweety,he will take care of you!
