Ordered T-Rex from liberty-flights 2 days ago, dissapointed in shipping already

I finally decided to actually take the leap and get rid of my Blu for something else, so I decided to go with the T-Rex carto deluxe(can't stand separate atomizers and carts) from liberty-flights. I went through liberty-flights because that's where everyone recommended. so i ordered it 2 days ago and its still sitting in the warehouse UNSHIPPED, that's a biggy for me, when I order something online and they immediately take my money, I expect them to pack it up and send it out, not sit around for 3-4 days before it even gets sent to the post office. just venting a bit, heard liberty-flights was amazing and just expected them to be a little bit more on top of things. now I understand its not a huge deal(what's an extra 2 days) but me, like most people when they place and order online, are very very very excited to receive the product they purchased, just a bit of a downer when I see still not shipped and no tracking info.

I wouldn't worry too much. One order I placed with LF got here before I got an order confirmation. This has happened with other vendors too. Sometimes it's just a computer glitch, or they could be shorthanded. While it is possible that it hasn't shipped yet, they (and most vendors I've dealt with) get orders out and to their customers pretty fast.

thank you warlike36. I'm close to calling and canceling my ordering just on principle, find someone who will actually send out my product the next morning (like MOST places do).

okay so Monday has arrived and they just shipped it less than an hour ago, disappointed it took them 3 days to ship but happy it's finally on the way, I think I may stay away from liberty-flights for now, any juice vendors located on the east coast of the u.s?

I've not had a problem with Liberty Flights at all including their shipping speed.There stuff is fab and their prices are great. If you ordered it late Fri or early Sat it would be understandable if perhaps they take weekends off.

I ordered 2 t-rex kits from liberty-flights. First one on Friday night and it came Monday the second one I order Monday night should have it tomorrow (wednesday). It will probly take a week to get to you coming uses.

eventually ended up talking to Ty from LF and he was more than helpful, it wasn't them at all, turned out to be a USPS error. The customer service is more than amazing, thumbs up for LF, wish I could re write this thread haha.

Ordered a eGo-t kit from LF Monday AM. Shipped Tuesday AM. Should arrive today.
LF has great Customer service if there is ever an issue.
