The Maxx Fusion battery will make a pretty big difference. MF cartos on a VK battery are fine, as are VK cartos on an MF battery, but an MF carto on an MF battery is a thing of beauty. (IMO, of course.)

Like how?! Tell us tell us.. :)

And again, whats the diff between the mini and standard battery?

Hah, maybe i should try the maxx fusion batteries. Anyone knows what is the difference between the mini and standard? Size wise and other specs? Also i am now using v4L's kr808 with the maxx fusion cartos, will the maxx fusion battery really make that much difference?

Hey coughing - the maxx minis are 65mm 220mAh - the maxx standards are 78mm 320mAh - at about 1hr per mAh that's the difference - I use my MVS 808s with bloog cartos and notice the difference when the carto is mounted on a bloog Maxx batt - the draws are different, quality of vapor is much better, as well as the duration since the standard 808s from V2, V4L, MVS, LiteCig are only 280mAh - the bloog cartos reign supreme IMO on any equipment - I find I grab for my bloog blanks now as a first choice.

Hiya papa, ok i guess i can always have an extra battery!!

I think i am the carto murderer, i opened a brand new MV carto yesterday, its prefilled, and today the taste already has gone wierd, and i have been refilling, maybe i got a bad batch?!?

How many times did you hit it? I found the most cartos, including the Cool/WOW cartos from V4L, and even the fills from VaporNine only lasted me a day - if that. Understand - I was a 1PAD smoker - turned carto prefill user - turned carto dripper - all in the name of economy....

oh i dont know.... last nite for about an hour off/on, was working today so vaped maybe every 2 to 3 hours for 5 mins. And then after work until now which is 4 hours later, not vaping constantly though, i think....

Hmm... should have lasted at least a day. Could be your vaping habit has changed - I found that my habit changed quite a bit from analogs - I definitely take more puffs but over longer periods of time. I noticed too that the prefills didn't last as long as my early days because my habit changed to 'overcompensate' for the shortfall of poison I had been used to for the last 25 years. Now, I get much more consistent results as I have established a 'permanent' routine...

I dont think my vaping habits have changed, afterall i have only vaped for 19 days... But compare to smoking analogs, oh yeah, i always have to ask myself whether its time to stop :) I was actually hoping to use the bloogs from now on because i do like them. But it is just a bit disappointing that it is not lasting as long as i was hoping for :(

Those are comparable to the reading I got with the Maxx Fusion cartos too.

benjayman2, are you looking for comparisons of Maxx Fusion cartos or looking for a comparison between the Fusion cartos and the Maxx Fusion cartos?

No I guess just the maxx fusion. Just wanted to see if the vaper production is due to the low resistance or something else. Seems to be like a wide spread of readings and if they're all performing the same it must be something else. Anyone know who makes the maxx cartos?

Don't know who makes them and Bloog won't say, but I do know they are around 2.8 ohms and the insides are different than other high performance cartomizers. They wick very well, give a smooth vapor, and have almost no burning (though there have been a few defects). They explained it was a more efficient design. I really like them.

Yah I saw the internals on another forum and was quite impressed that they were no signs of burning at all. This is coming from a guy who's only use with cartos is making tank mods out them :p

Okay just received my bloog fusion. It came in packaging that said "maxx fusion" which is very confusing. I started off with the
"reds" cartomizer 16 mg it was awful tasting... Moved on to my cherry carto and its not so bad but still doesn't really feel like I'm getting anything in my lungs haha even though i can see a ton of vapor being produced.. I can tell I'm getting nicotine though.. I'm going to try to stay strong and keep using this and stay away from analogs... need some good carto recommendations though. I now know what you guys mean when you say throat hit though.. Its very different from a analog.

Hey white - we're pulling for you! At first glance, I don't think you may have received the MaxX - what price did you pay for your kit (that oughta tell)... There is a substantial difference between the standard 808s you can purchase just about anywhere, and the MaxX - don't know if you saw my original post, but - the first 808 kit I purchased resulted in 100% quit but only 80% satisfied - this really changed when I got my MaxX batt & cartos; the experience is different, way different. If you know how, could youtry putting a few pix up so that we can see what kit you got?

I'm pretty sure they didn't send me a maxx, but all the packaging said Maxx fusion, and the pcc said maxx fusion pcc charger on the inside. I paid 69.99 for the kit which is the fusion price. It's already growing on me... i haven't had a cigarette in 5 hours not that big of a deal but I'm going to keep with it. I think im just going to stick with the fusion for a little bit longer and maybe see if i can pawn it off on a friend XD and upgrade to the maxx fusion.

Does anyone have any carto flavors they can recommend? I only have the cherry, and red cartos. I'm kinda liking the cherry.

I think a lot of new vapers draw too hard, fast and in too rapid succession. I certainly did with my ego-t and constantly got the burnt taste. Used to hotbox the cr*p out of my ego, re-inhaling whilst exhaling the last draw, holding down the atty until the cutoff kicked in lol.

I now drip, use the ego-t and ego XL cartos and NEVER get a bad taste simply by following these instructions from a Janty rep.

1. Draw deep but slow. Around 6 secs usually fulfills.

2. Don't make the next draw imediately after, give it a few seconds to re-wick.

3. After 6 -7 draws give the pv a rest for at least a minute.

I am not surprised those are the mistakes i made (and still making). Thanks for the tips will keep them in mind!!

When you say you drip using a carto, does that simply mean dripping the juice in the filler?
