Ordering and Paypal

What is the deal with vendors not being able to take Paypal? I have PayPal Bill Me Later....and really want to order a VV setup. Leaning strongly toward Provari.....but every where I look....they say they can't take PayPal because they don't allow ecig sales????? What is the deal? I don't understand why I can't order something that is good for me, as opposed to smoking real cigs....

Paypal made this change to its policy a while back. There are a lot of posts about the jumping around the vendors had to do when they implemented the policy. Seems they did not want to be associated to any tobacco product...

The explanation from Paypal's site:

PayPal generally prohibits transactions for all types of tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars and smokeless tobacco due to legal requirements and industry regulations for online tobacco sales.

Clearly PayPal is ignorant when it comes to electronic cigs.

That really sucks...lol. I could order a Provari today if I could just use my PayPal Bill Me Later.

LibertyFlights takes PP, and is a well regarded vendor. Onestopdiyshop takes Amazon, if you like them.

If you do use Pay Pal for any of your transactions make sure to NOT use ecig, nicotine or any reference to vaping. They tend to shut accounts down for this. Just a friendly FYI in case you weren't aware.

Liberty Flights accepts PayPal because they are outside of the united states and the TOS is different for them than it is for a US based vendor. The Perfumers Apprentice accepts paypal becasue they sell flavorings (not restricted under PayPal's TOS).

Batteries are OK with PayPal too, it isn't totally clear if they'll shut down the account of someone that sells mods or atomizers/cartomizers but no nicotine. PayPal tends to err on the side of caution and in their favor, so it is best to follow the no mention of ecigs rule to protect you and the person you are buying from.

It might take a while but you can get a PayPal (Mastercard logo) debit card , use it like any prepaid charge card. I have used mine on many ecig sites with no problem. It just takes the payment from your paypal balance.

Paypal Debit card is a different situation because it's just a rebranded MasterCard debit card.
Problem for the OP though, is that you can't use Bill Me Later with it.
