Because I live in Canada, I need to know before I start spending money if when you order from (or if you're a vendor, when you send to) this country if e-cig shipments are discrete/non-indicative of the contents, and if (considering their sale and distribution here is prohibited) Canada Customs cares or checks? Also, are there any companies to avoid?

Or should I just wait on my next cross-border trip to get into it?

I did a search and found some info, but it's been a little too specific in terms of companies...

Welcome aboard! One solid rule is if it has nic in it it very well may never arrive. To be sure order from Canadian suppliers. Lots up here. And head over to the Canadian forum once you get 5 posts under your belt!
Cheers!
Thanks!

The reference to "Canadian suppliers" and the fact that I've so far found two actual Canada-based companies/distributors confounds me now... I thought it was against the law to sell/distribute e-cigs?!? (I mean I know corner stores can sell nicotine gum and candy but ... what the!?)

Basically what north said. Though I would imagine you would stand a much better chance if you pick a company that offers discrete packaging, if you insist ordering out-of-country. Best of luck mate.

Well that's why I was asking about companies that do/don't offer discrete packaging. I would imagine British/UK companies don't bother with discretion since you could get e-cigs at any "chemist" and other shops throughout the kingdom there, but US-based with a Canadian clientele I'd imagine have "Canadian packaging" at least if not just cross-the-board no-name shipping labels...

:D
