Ordering from DX

Last yr (june/july) I made my first order with DealExtreme. The end result worked out great as I got my order a week or two later, but if I remember correctly I didnt get the usual conformation or emails or anything im use to getting when ordering from amazon, buy dot com, etc.

Last week I go to DX, type in my email address, forgot password (duh) please send me a new one, but no response. So I check junkmail folder..nothing. Ok so I make out a new acct, again no email response but I was "signed in" so I put a bunch of stuff in the "Add to my wishlist" cart. Yesterday I go back to buy what I had in my wishlist and its empty ! Dang, I cant even remember some of the items I had in there !

Im just wondering if anyone else has had the same or similar experience ?

PS I do understand the slow boat....:D

Are you sure you made an account? I think when I ordered I checked out without making an account on their site. I just gave them my e-mail address for communication purposes and was able to use that with the order number to check the tracking info but I never logged onto the site.

Im not sure I made an account but I did try..lol This is from their website;

Don't have an account? As a registered member you will be able to collect and redeem DX points on all orders. Register now - it's simple and free.
(funny thing is that link dont work either and its from their website!) lol
Anywayz, I got my stuff this week so its all good !

To tell you the truth, an order I made about a month ago (only about $20) actually had a tracking number sent in email and had to be signed for. I made another (~$10) order a couple of weeks later and got emails on shipping, etc., but no tracking and no signature, if I'm remembering correctly. I was very impressed with the first order and had no problems with the second.

I didnt get an email or tracking# but I did have to sign for my pkg. This is my 2nd order with DX and, other than no emails or tracking# Im happy with the savings and the products !
