well I read the rest of this post and I can see how it should be moved, the forum move made me think someone was mad about this thread. hahah

But also I wanted to say "i'm not starting a business" and 50 sets for sale is more like a project or small venture. He is not starting a whole online business yet, just an experiment. You have to test the market with small amounts first. (in each area) spradling doesnt have a whole e-cig store or shop yet.

How many sets do you have to own before its a store :)

Do you have a store Sprad? I was just guessing, I have 0 clue if you do or don't own a store :)

Nope, I'm 20 years old and I only own a BE112 from BestEcig :p

I'm buying 50 sets because it's the minimum I can order and the maximum I can squeeze from my Dad to start the business!

I'm not thinking of starting an actual retail or online store, just importing legally (so yeah, I would actually have a company...), and selling to friends/neighbors/etc, by myself (no employees). Start slowly. Plus the thing will explode by itself I think, every sale will bring more and more friends of that person, and each sale means more liquid every time. So I'm thinking of starting this way, selling only in Uruguay. Then I'll see, I have to see how the business goes with my college... plus it would be my first job!

Sorry if I'm asking around to much... I'm just looking for the best product and the best price, Uruguay is a tough market price wise so I would need the best prices possible, especially with the VAT/TAX here, 23%...

Well here is my two cents.

But maybe you shouldn't invest in a company with your Father/Father-In-Law/Mother-In-Law/Sister/Brother/Aunt/Uncle, etc. Especially in such a market as this, with countries coming out of the blue and banning the device/liquid.

Here's a question, what would you do if your Customs grabbed your shipment and decided to destroy it? Or the devices got stuck in customs, and the only way for your items to go anywhere would be back to the shipper and the person you purchased from decides he doesn't want the merchandise back? You'd be screwed.

Regardless, if you're thinking about being a supplier contact SJ and tell him. These questions should be posted in that forum. Good luck regardless ;)

That's why I have a customs broker working on my case :)

Also I'm asking other suppliers about how they deal with customs in their countries.

I don't think I have to contact SJ... I'm not a supplier/affiliate/manufacturer, just a user for now. And if I start selling in the future it would be only in Uruguay, so you guys wouldn't be my target customers, I wouldn't try to sell my product to you... but anyways I'll let him know just in case once I do start selling.
