Not sure about that manufacturer, but it will depend on whether they make their juices to order or in batches. (And then will depend on what flavours as to how long they need to steep for)
Fruit flavours take the shortest time, custards etc take the longest time to steep.

Obviously it will steep on its way, as time is a factor in the steeping process, but might not reach maturity for another few weeks.

I have ordered from Nicoticket and their juices need at least a month of steeping despite being made in batches.

Usually the bigger the bottle the longer it takes to steep too.

Steeping occurs from the day it's made. I have ordered Grant's Vanilla Custard from the UK. He suggests a 2 week steep. By the time I get it, it is ready to go out of the bottle.

Also, I'm not familiar with the brands you ordered, but some juice is good right away. I always try it first, and if it's not quite right, I let it steep for a week or two, and then try it again.

When you get your eliquids, give them a sniff. If they smell good to you, put a little in your tank or carto. If they taste good to you, continue vaping. If you think they need a little extra something, let them steep. Keep checking them until you are happy with the taste.

Please make sure to shake the bottles each time you fill or top off your tank or carto.
