Ordering from TPA?

Hi, I've been seeking to purchase some stuff from FT, TPA or ebay.

but then I got worried about custom taxes..

I know that it is very recommended to order small amount just to avoid or minimize custom taxes.

If only I want to order an atomizer or a mod from FT then I might be able to avoid the taxes because I can easily divide my orders into each item as I can choose free shipping, but if I order flavorings from TPA... I might end up paying more of shipping charge then actual prices.

Has anyone purchased bulk order (around 50oz) from TPA and been successfully able to avoid custom taxes?

Although I know that custom taxes are just really depend on custom agents decision.

But the prices are at least twice more expensive than order from TPA.
Even if I pay custom taxes, it would be cheaper although I will have to go to the main postal office to get my orders...
