Do any of the online juice vendors have samples?
Yes. Many online vendors sell small bottles of their juice (e.g. Mister-E Liquids) and/or inexpensive bottles (e.g. Mister-E, Mt Baker) and/or sampler packs (e.g. Alice in Vapeland). Some of these may also occasionally add free samples to your order (this has happened to me with Mister-E, Mt Baker, and Alice in Vapeland). Look for reputable vendors, check out their reviews, and seek flavors that sound appealing. It can be risky, but it can also be rewarding.

indigo, hurricane, and vapor chef have small bottles to buy too, and so many other places offer sampler packs and throw in freebies too(mt baker, vapor chef, indigo, not sure of all minimum purchases required at all vendor sites, but mbv is $15 and they send you a freebie-you can even request in comments section-no guarantee, but they've been good to me-I think vc and ind gave freebie based on my selection purchased-sweets:)!!!)-once you get an idea of what flavor "family" you prefer, it will help you narrow down your choices so you don't feel like you are wasting money(but we all do occasionally stumble upon a dud even with all the research and good intentions we put in-I can think of a certain pina colada I was excited to try which didn't work at all for me)

I still go to my B & M for juice because I can't imagine ordering juice I haven't sampled. The bottles I get at my B & M are small though and I know I could do better with a better size bottle at a reasonable price. Do any of the online juice vendors have samples?
The B&M you use doesn't sell larger bottles?
Most I use offer from 10ml to 300 ml.

I may be in the minority on this, after ordering literally quarts of highly recommended flavors I found 3 that I consider ho hum to just okay. Nothing I'd order/wait for again.

I have been using Diamondfly e cig. I just started on e cig and literally just started back smoking. Don't know why. Do all the juice from different venders affect the same? I am not talking about nicotine strength in am talking dizziness, etc. I am still looking for other stuff although I like the flavor of their butterscotch. I also like v2 red and may order their juice.

I am not sure I understand this question. Dizziness is usually an effect of too much nicotine. I usually vape 6mg, for example. If I vape 12-18mg, it will make me dizzy. (It also feels harsh to me and leaves my tongue with the sensation of chemical burns.)

Different vendors offer many different options. Some have juice with no propylene glycol (PG), for example, which is great for people who are sensitive/allergic to PG. Some vendors, on the other hand, make juice with more PG and less VG. Some allow you to choose your own PG/VG ratio. All of them should allow you to choose your own nicotine strength.

I am using 12 mg and chain vape, sometimes. To me it is chain vaping. I have an innotek 3.0 VV/VW 10s and hit that 40 times at a sitting sometimes. I also take big, deep hits. I guess I need to calm down. I did dilute with zero to 6 mg and found myself almost constantly hitting hit. I really didn't like it. I need to know when to stop. Still learning that.
