Yep, those will be fine.
Some folks still boil them but honestly, the only difference I've even noticed with organic and reg. cotton balls is the organic is a bit softer and perhaps more absorbent...
One gal one here told me she used qtip cotton... so go figure!

I basically have the exact same thing, except from Whole Foods. I never boil mine, although I'm sure it would get rid of any stuff that might find its way on the cotton through it's trip from the plant to the store.
The only thing I notice with cotton is that the first 5 or so puffs have a really unpleasant taste. I usually drip unflavored VG on my wick and burn it off for a bit before I use my e-liquids, that way I don't really waste any.
