If you are looking for storage, the Plano ProLatch boxes are nice - this is one size in deep (deep will also store most 3mml-10ml bottles upright, boxes of V4L cartos on edge too). With my 3630, the front compartment I think has 1 fixed division in the center, and the middle and back sections I think have no divisions but it comes with 5 dividers you can place in whatever slots you want to divide it up.

3730 is the largest
3630 is the medium size
there is also a smaller size but I don't know if they come in deep

You can also get their shallow ones in all 3 sizes

3730 deep
Plano Deep ProLatch Stowaway 3730

They also make craft and tackle boxes which have a big area under the lid and then 3-4 Plano Prolatch boxes stored in the body (4 shallow or 2 shallows and a deep). You can see the various models here

Won't try the storage questions as that seems to be covered. As for the cartridges, if you are meaning keeping track of the partial-fills and what flavor they are I take a very lazy route. First method I use is to just use a small rubber band and attach the cart to the bottle. The other method I use is to color code - not with a list that I have to keep up with, but using small, dental rubber bands. But, no lists. I just place the same color band(s) on the bottle as the matching cart (e.g. yellow band on the vanilla spice bottle and a yellow on the cart, a blue and a red band on a Redbull bottle and a red and a blue band on the corresponding cart). I was never good at keeping lists and updating. My mantra is usually "I'll do that later, I am sure I will remember what this is...." Ha!. after a week I would have no idea what anything was.
