How do you keep track of, or label, the flavors of your carts?

I use the little snack bags that are only like 3"x6" and stick the cart and atomizer(if dedicated to that flavor), or cartomizer in the bag....

Those little snack bags are great. Attys are so cheap now that I dedicate them and keep them attached to the cart. Only thing is the cart and atty gets sticky if it leaks (I'm a 100% VG vaper).

But like some others, I'm moving toward less variety so the need for ID'g them has decreased.

LOL I did this once. I don't usually use different flavors (menthol is my go to), but since I get a free sample with every bottle of juice I buy (and every kit) I collected a handful of fun flavors and I wanted to label them too. I wrote the flavors on a piece of paper, then cut clear packing tape and taped them to the carts - that way it was a little more water/wear n' tear proof. It was an annoying process, but it's worked well. :)

I have an engraver. I engrave my cartomizers and carts with:
The flavor
Letter indicating the supplier I got them from
Ohms resistance I measured them at before putting them in service
Date in service.
Big "X" on dead ones before I toss them in the scrap and parts drawer in case I might want to make something out of them later :)

It's functional, it doesn't wash off or smear (with juice or boiling to clean), and it's discreet.

First off let me say I buy everything from the dollar store. :)

I use nail stickers. they last forever.
'Paint' pen. Different colors.
Little 'jewels'
Colored stars.
etc.

I have a tiny notebook. I put a matching sticker/jewel/star or letter/symbol in the book and make a note of what it is. Eventually I remember.
I use a letter(s) on my carts(os) with the 'paint' pen or any of the above.
I don't have as many attys so I categorize them. 'Cat' sticker means coffee/chocolate, anything green means mint/menthol, pink sticker/pen means fruit, sports means soda drinks, and different colored stars are for new flavors. Stars are easily removed if I don't like it. 'Paint' pens wash off easily.

It is easier to categorize rather than try to identify EVERY flavor after you build your stash. If you find one you really like then keep track of it with a special symbol.

I had to find a solution to this too, as I am a chronic flavour changer, & currently have at least 50 cartos in use! Writing straight on the carto with a Sharpie was ok, but it does rub off, so I bought a package of large (ie:standard paper size), clear printable stickers

I measured around the cartomiser adding a little for overlap, & made each about 5mm high, then made up a template of 100s of cells using MS Word.

I already had a list of all my flavours & mg (so I could rate & reorder my favourites) & simply typed them into the template, repeating them to put onto future cartos. Those that I have large bottles of, I just copied more cells of. I also left some blank cells for new flavours, to write on with a sharpie.

After printing, I gave it a light spray with sealer, then used a knife & ruler to score the edges for each without cutting right through the backing.

It sounds time-consuming, but it's now so easy to just grab a preprinted label when I am filling a carto!

I like that feebee. Can you buy just one sheet or do they come in a pack? Where do you get them and how much do they cost?

pm, mine came in a pack of 10. I actually bought them a while ago for a different project, so I can't remember the cost. I doubt it was much. You'd be most likely to find them in an office supply store, or somewhere that sells photo paper, inkjet T-shirt transfer sheets etc.

Mine are an Aussie brand (ausinc stationary), marked as 'Clear adhesive labels'
