I would go back 6 years ago.... and not go to the Dr's....take care of it myself....
Yes I would like to go back and change lots of things...it would affect lots of people......but when you really think about it....would things really be better? This was actually a difficult week for me to give answers.....lots of things I would like to change....but I don't think I would do it...

I'd use my time machine to go back to when I was 18 so I could have a nice wedding instead of a judge.

I agree that this was a very difficult week of questions. Even when I thought I would go back and change things, I have no way of knowing if they actually would have been better. Who knows, somebody we love or ourselves might not be here now if we changed things.

Going back and experiencing something, like when I said I'd like to go to the 1850s and be in a southern mansion for a day and then come back, is one thing. Going back to a certain date to change our lives is entirely another matter.

I definitely don't want to go into the future, because it might be sad, and there might be nothing I can do about it. I'd rather not know, and enjoy loved ones as they are today, than to know something bad will happen to them or me, and I can't do anything about it.

Well, as melancholy as the thought of altering our lives may be (either because we'd screw up the good life that we have or because our current life may not be the one we would have chosen), I think the one thing that I would do, if I had a time machine, would be to go back in time a few years and take out a rock solid patent on the technology. If I could invent a time machine, so could any other dope, so I'd rather own the intellectual property on it. :)

#1 - I have to agree with some of the others on here...I wouldn't really want to go back and change anything either because then I wouldn't have my family I have now, and that I wouldn't change for anything! Going back to re-experience something, yes, but I wouldn't really want to change it! And I also don't want to go to the future because I too don't want to know what's going to happen...good or bad, it is what it is and I'd rather experience it as it happens!

#2 - So since I don't want to go back and change anything, I think I'd like to go back to around the time the pyramids were being built and observe that...l think it would be fascinating to see how they did it!

Aww come on, everyone knows it was reptilian space aliens that built them........

Patent wouldn't work..... The next fit would just go back in time before your patent, and so on......:p
