Sooo..the Kangers don't have any leaking problems anymore? I was so turned off them in the past never went back..and what gauge wire do u use in them Dave ?
Well if you're talking about condensation, they all leak through the air chamber, it's the nature of the beast and until they can figure a way to have a separate combustion and air chamber, that's the way it is I think.
I generally use 24ga Kanthal, it works the best for me. I need to get some other types, such as SS but just haven't so far and I have so much of the kanthal. In my thinking, with the resistance and what the wattage comes out to be, it works like that of a temp control. Doing the same builds consistently, along with firing the device the same, I don't really see any difference and then it seems to me that the TC is more of a safety feature.
All I know is, I love the pure flavor I get compared to replaceable heads, no comparison really.
So as long as a tank isn't really leaking, due to a crack or seal problem, etc; I look at the other leakage issues (condensation) as maintenance. It's a habit now for me, to clean everything up, each time before I refill and that comes out to be once a day with the BIG tank!

If someone asks, what's the most important, or what tool do you use the most for vaping? I always say the most important thing is, good paper towels and I have a good supply!!!
