It was Nov 9 last year that the first threads started here about Kangertech's original Subtank. That thread is closed? Anyway, I'm curious if anyone besides me is still using theirs?

I know the Plus corrects all the problems that the original had but I just haven't had the need yet to buy one. The draw is a lot tighter than my Mini but I still use it for the convenience of a larger tank. The original insulator is still like new after countless tanks of juice. I never could find a Canadian source for the insulators so didn't bother.

Still using yours?

Still have it...use it as my daily driver with OCCs. I keep my adv in it because of the large capacity. I have 3 minis also in rotation, which I honestly prefer, especially the V2, but there's freedom in grabbing that big honking original Subtank and just going for a few hours with no fear of running dry. I'd probably buy a Plus if I destroyed this one. Cheers!

I also was still using my Kanger mini until it just stopped producing a good vape. I'm at a loss for why... replaced the glass and put in new o-rings. I had to go back to my nano until the arrival of my first ever Aspire tank after 2 years of using nothing but Kangertech tanks.
Can't wait to try out the Atlantis v2!

Justin, we're talkin about the big honkin' original. Size matters!

Just don't like the fact that it doesn't read on any of my mods without using the adapter.

It has to be that dang spring loaded center pin. My original ST doesn't read on Kanger mods without the adapter but works fine on an IPV mini or even a Cloupor mini. Yeah it's one of those quirks... frustrating.

That's why I said, I never knew they existed until I came across the mini. It was the only one I was shown, so I bought it!
I didn't realize you were only speaking of the size, I commented on performance of what I consider a pretty well built tank.
Other than holding more liquid, is there any difference in the 'parts' between the mini and the big honkin' original?......lol

Yeah it's a totally different tank. It's good but not as nice a vape as the mini. You have to change the top of the tank to switch between the RBA and OCC coils. It's a tighter draw when wide open. The RBA itself is bigger but not as nice as the mini RBA.
The nice things about it are: It's REALLY well made; the threads are silky smooth putting it together. And the juice volume is great for an all day trip without filling up along the way.

The ST Plus is a way better tank.

i was disappointed at aspire's product release speed, and they have a dedicated forum telling them what they need to give end users and they still come out with products with 1/4 of the suggestions in their forums
kanger... after the last 3 tanks i've bought... i am disappointed with them, nothing but leaks and spit backs

ever since i got my freemax, i never looked back to these two companies
even smoktech is doing a helluvah job demolishing everyone else with their tfv4's <--- daily vape now
