This is my vapor production after my tuning:
-400 SS Mesh
-Kanthal 32awg 4 wraps
-Bored Mouthpiece to 3.5mm
-Bored Air Wick Hole to 2mm
-iAtty washer to align with wick

Truly some next level sht right here. This just set the bar for vapor production from a Genesis mod and I'd love to see anyone come close to these kinds of clouds. MAD PROPS Mac! I can't tell you how impressed I am by this video, it's awe inspiring. I just didn't know that genesis mods were capable of such gigantic plumes of vapor.

Can I get some pics of your coil? I'm hopefully getting an Orion in the next couple weeks and don't really know what to expect from the posts. I hear you need to use mesh wrapped around the silica wick??

I meant o-ring Dave I was trying to edit the post but i edited it too many times.. I no longer use the washer.. my tank is trimmed down to line up with the wick..

I have an OrionV1 which I modded the mechanical switch to work better. It is a rigged job, but it works well with just a squeeze and fires more reliably then my other bottom button mods. When I got my Zenesis, I decided to open my Orion up some to loosen the draw to make it more similar. 1.5mm wick air hole and 2.5mm on the mouth piece. It does about the same as the Zenesis, but I actually get better flavor. Not sure why, but maybe because the atty chamber is smaller??? I still want to open the mouthpiece up a little more.

I still want to mod the chamber to a center post and ground screw... mine still has electrodes that are covered with lead free solder. They work fine as long as you use a lot of tension when wrapping around them...
