It's still windy, rainy and chilly, but I'm getting ready. Already my basil and arugala seeds have sprouted in my window greenhouese, and today I moved those seedlings into small pots. Soon the rest of my veggies and herbs will be popping up through the soil! Spring is almost here! More sunlight sure would help though.
Oh, if you have never had home grown arugala...it's something that is super easy to grow and very tasty. The arugala in the market is tasteless. Get some good seeds, and it really does spice up a summer salad. Sort of peppery, but mild. I love it when my seeds sprout! Such an exciting life I lead!

I am so friggin sick of this Winter, it isn't even funny anymore - Blizzard that cripples us, with 2nd and 3rd waves of insane cold and more snow - sigh - I wanna hide out on a beach in the Caribbean for a month!!! (Well... I can dream right?)

I just have to say I went to take my dog out this morning and it is a beautiful day the bird singing the sun shining, it is about 49 out there and it is going to be a great day for once and going to enjoy the whole day outside,,,,,,yahoooooo,,,,, oh sitting out in it now on my back porch with laptop and a cup of coffee. Life is great
